Living abroad, my brother Francisco Rico and Rebeca Meza, along with me, saw firsthand what it means to adapt, rebuild, cope with the anxiety of change, distance, and the need for support. From this, the idea of building a bridge emerged: a digital space that connects Spanish-speaking people with professionals who understand their history, their language, and their context. Today, TherapyPuente is just that: a platform that unites cultures, breaks down barriers, and promotes mental well-being through real, simple, and human interventions.
